Returns & Exchanges

At Farhana Amjad, we
take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury pieces. Our
garments go through thorough quality checks before reaching you. However, we
understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our Return &
Exchange Policy to ensure clarity and convenience:

Return Policy

No returns will be
accepted once the product has been delivered, except in the case of a defect or
incorrect item received.

Customers must report
any issue within 5 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused,
unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed
within 5 days of receiving the product.

We will gladly offer
an exchange only if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or
incorrect.

In case of an error on
our end, such as a wrong or faulty item, we will bear the delivery and return
charges.

If the exchange
request is due to a change in size, color, or any personal reason not caused by
a fault on our side, the customer will bear the delivery costs.

International
Orders

We currently do not
offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item received is
defective or incorrect.

In such cases, please
email us with images and order details within 5 days of delivery, and our team
will assist you promptly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain tracking number information. As soon as the products has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Farhana Amjad has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as; the items are out of stock or the pricing errors.
